First, for a card of such power, it only costing 8 turns, and being uncommon is not enough. It would need to be rare, and cost at least 20 turns. Plus, even more so adding undercover to this would push way up there to an ultra-rare curse. Also, does the card stop letting you know when there is an event but you can still go to your guild page? Also a duration of 24hours is way too long. After the 24hours do all of a sudden you get a bunch of events telling you what happened during this blackout? (btw, if implemented, the name should be Blackout) The duration of the card in my opinion should only be one hour, and one hour of blackout, is a significant strategical advantage on it's own.
