Role Play- A Plague in Psaral.

Where do you think they've gone? Perhaps they're running away, specifically to sea...

Oggie and Carl sigh.

Well they used magic to escape, so neither of us have a clue.

Emily quickly snaps out of her daze and quickly turns to jack.

Oh right, gotta hunt down those escapee's, I did say I would help with that.

She tells Carl to go get something that belonged to the cult leader, while she picks up a nearby robe labelled Nelly.

Give me some time, and ill track them down. Ill be working on something to get rid of the plague while I'm at it. I think I have a brilliant idea to do so. But, I'm gonna need your men to carry a bunch of stuff here. Otherwise I'm going to be needing to grab a bunch more golems from home. And that's just a hassle.

She quickly scribbles a location on a map and hands it to Jack.

If you want to help, just deliver all notes, documents and various creature parts to this spot, then have your men come back to port. Ill handle the rest. And the offer from before still stands. You can set up your pirate colony on Valorim if you want. As i said before, id help your men with potions and magic if they want, and your men will keep people out of my cavern. Its fine if you settle elsewhere. I have a backup plan just in case. Now im off, ill contact you later when i got some info.

Emily takes what's she's gathered and wanders off, Oggie sighs and starts heading back to the tavern. Carl stays back with Jack and shrugs.

Wanna go get a drink, while your men start hauling stuff?

Jack looks to his men

So lads, you up for some hauling?

Many of his men scowl and shake their heads. A leading officer sets forward, his face grim.

Now Captain Sir, we've just fought a battle, I don't see how carrying all this stuff will help us find the leaders. We're not hauling this until we know how this is going to help. If it isn't, Emily, God bless her soul, will have to find some other way to transport this stuff.

Jack nods.

Very well gentleman, you shall know.

Jack walks after Emily

Emily sighs as she goes back to explain.

The creatures are not meant at all for finding the escapee's their items is enough for that. I want the creature parts so I can study them, analyze them, and find out how to eliminate the plague from this port. Honestly considering how many we just killed and fought, many of you may have caught the plague in the battle-so it would probably be wise to get these creatures to the spot I marked sooner then later.

Emily turns and shrugs as she goes on speaking while slowly walking away.

Buuuut I understand if you men don't want to touch these icky creatures-its dirty work. Ill just go home, get my golems, bring them back, load them up, go back home AGAIN, then get to work studying. If I'm lucky I could have a cure within a few weeks. Though I think many would die of the plague by then-including many of you, but again, I wouldn't want to inconvenience any of you. Ill just head back home now.

[Jack Teach]

Jack cusses quite loudly and runs back to his men.

lads! Take these bloody things back or we might get the plague!

jack's men quickly begin moving things to the specified location

Once all of the items are set in the location Emily smiles. She tells the men to wait in port, once they all leave she gets to work. The next day she comes into port, with a rather large gross looking plant. She plants it in the ground near the center of town and it starts spewing out a pink sweet smelling mist. It quickly covers the port, and the plague victims start feeling better. Oggie goes up and asks curious.[i]

I thought you said id take you a few weeks to do this.

Emily shakes her head.

I said it would take a few weeks to grab all the crap I needed and bring it where I needed it. The actual cure wasn't too hard to figure out. The fools had plenty of notes, and subjects to work with. I'm just going to leave this plant here. It will keep spewing that mist so long as no one kills it. Once the plague is completely gone-probably in a week or so, you can take it out and store it away. Won't die unless you hit it or set it on fire. And with that, I'm going to start trying to find those escapees. Ill message you if I find anything. Carl, I could use your help since you saw the cult leader and can tell me his details.

Carl nods and leaves with Emily, and Oggie waves goodbye. He nods to Jack.

Well, I think I'm done with this port. Old Emily offered me a nice spot on that Valorim place for a new tavern. So me and a few others are gonna start settling the place. See ya later Jack.

And I think that's a good place to end it. A new RP will be up tomorrow, though its gonna be a pretty unique and bizarre one.

Oh, but everyone who participated can post another reply or 2, to tell what they do next if they want. I actually hope all of you do so. Might give me a few new ideas in the future

Jack nods and he and his men get in his ship and sail away. One out of the harbor, one of Jack's lookouts spots a brig sailing away from the port. Jack takes a spyglass and looks at it, he sees a group of men on the helm wearing black cloaks, one of which looks a lot like the cult leader. Jack orders that the brig be sunk. The guns are run out, with a single broadside the little brig is torn to bits, spars and rigging flying everywhere. It sinks to the bottom, not one of her crew surviving. Jack then sets course for valorim and the ship sails to meet with the rest of his fleet, jack and another pirate captain will finalize a code of laws for their little island nation once jack arrives

Aeron leaves the port on a cutter, and is joined by other ships, each with a flag of a red dragon on a black field, toward a island off the borders of the map
