I know MERC were just quaking in the holds of their ships when you opened up on them during the VUDU /MERC war.

Give it a rest mouthpiece... you have shown what you are made of. Your words and actions are at opposite ends of the spectrum

Wow that is a pot meet kettle statement if I ever heard one. I have not once seen you do shit except flap your gums old man.

This is a stand against certain actions "we" deem intolerable according to our judgement on the situation. I'll be damned if i role over and take any hit. No different than Dman. As much as we are at odds, we are both similar in that regard. He wont tolerate it either and thus makes the judgement call to act to prevent future actions.

I have no war on piracy, the game needs it, i have a war on certain actions i deem toxic. Its my right to fight back as it is anyone elses to or even attack. You say add escorts, well thats one way, or i can hit back to the point i will no longer receive the actions i fight against... (read bangers profile for a better quote on that).

Yes, you can hit back. And you can advise other players on how they should also hit back. You, however, can't be the Avonmora police and tell me how I can conduct my business. If I start getting hammered by every trader in Avonmora then I will have to rethink how I go about my business won't I? You telling me how I should operate just makes me want to molest all the low hanging fruit even HARDER and HARDER, which I may very well do.

Just remember all actions have an equal and opposite reactions.

No but i can react to your actions and state what i will not accept. So go for it, hit those i am protecting or me and see my "reaction" to your "action". What hawkins did to you will seem like a good time when compared.

I hereby decree that if anyone wants my scraps in Goroum, go ahead. Jim Hawkins is the lucky feller, and be warned his fleets carry lvl10 SOTL or LF, sometimes both.

At no point in my tenure has Spain been the aggressor or demanded anything other to be left alone as a peaceful sovereign nation.

You don't have to leave us alone, that's your choice, and it then becomes your gc, credits or $s to spend, expecting us to roll over and give you a port when you were advised cordially that we were not interested in doing so is arrogance of an order beyond which you try to paint us as possessing.

I have stated this privately to a number of people I do communicate with, but for the record, Spain goes to war when attacked, not for fun or profit.

We don't seek external validation, as a nation we have no part to play in the current game conflicts, like other nations (and guilds) we have constituents who have decided to take certain actions, Spain has not, until directly attacked.

Do as you will, but don't see us as a soft or cheap target, that would be folly.

Maybe not Sapin as a Nation, but certain individuals in Spain have, in the past, taken it upon themselves to attack other nations simply because they didn't like the fact that other nations were growing.

That in and of itself is bad, but when they hide behind undercover voodoo, and proxies, and don't admit their actions, it becomes a cowardly act. On top of that, those certain "individuals" are now claiming some sort of moral authority over how others choose to play the game.

Oh, I get it, you mean like "certain individuals" in GB (sorry you cut that gig), Vudu, IoM and any number of other groupings doing the same thing?
But oddly, you have a hardon for Sapin, that newish nation without ports.. Tbh though even Spain makes no sense in that context.

This isn't pot meeting kettle mate, it's more like personal bias meeting opportunity.
That last "opportunity" cost you a lot more than any Spanish constituent, as will the next, and the one after that if you really do have "dumbarse enough" stamped on your forehead.

Again, not once as a nation in the last 12 months has Spain acted aggressively towards an individual or nation that did not attack it first.
"Certain other nations" are welcome to growth, we'd even celebrate it, but not at our expense.

You are all driving me insane to the point that I was going to quit the game on 3/21 for my own sanity! I still will take a temporary may be permanent break after this is over just to cool my head off a bit!
You are all so rigid and vocal for all the wrong reasons, bully each other and other players and follow no rules and are upset about everything!

Guess what! You want to have fun, so does others and yet you are purposely deprimo others from their fun and won’t be told off because it reduces your fun! Boho! Just learn to play nice and no one witll have a problem.

For the wtong reasons? Being "told" how we can play the game......

Be nice...... in a game that is supossedly cewntered around pirates you are telling people they cant be pirates.....

You said it yourself, your reasons are your own. Yet you combined your reasons with others to carry out a vendetta.

I do not object to you or anyone hitting dman. Your reasons are your reasons. I object to the claim that some have made that THEY have some moral authority unto them by all of Avonmora to act when they themselves have committed far worse acts and hid behind the cloak of undercover voodoo and proxies.

That is hypocrisy, that is the foundation of tyranny.
