Carl goes to the doorway of the powder room and watches as Gregory begins heading toward the doorway out. He can hear the sound of fighting going on elsewhere, but his attention is drawn to Greg's bag.

So, what was so important you had to go running off in a fort filled with cultists. And the way you went through this fort, its almost like you've been here before.

[DezNutz]

Gregory continues walking forward, securing his bag under his coat, and replies calmly to Carl.

Didn't think I needed to ask permission to capitalize on an opportunity, although I could ask, why did you run off and why are you following me.

As for why I'm here, it's the powder storage. The destruction of the powder storage would be a tremendous distraction and would also demoralize the remaining defenders, as well if they happen to repel us, the fort would be rendered all but useless. Having been in many forts, I used my experiences to know that the powder storage will be the most secure position and be at a point that is furthest from any built entrance. Thus once we cleared the cannons and artillery, I made my way to where the storage would likely be at.

Carl replies as continues to stand in the doorway his eyes narrowing.

Well I was a bit curious as to where you were running off to. But, call me crazy, but I don't believe you. If your goal was to ignite the powder room, then going deep inside it like you just did wouldn't be necessary-it could be done much faster and easier near the entrance to the room. Something tells me you wanted something that was in this room, or near it-something i bet you have in that bag you just stashed away.

Think what you want. This isn't the time nor the place, unless you want sit down and discuss while the rest of our guys fight it out. Let's not forget that Meadow hasn't been found yet.

Gregory gestures toward toward the door.

Carl nods.

Fair enough.

Carl steps back and begins heading toward the stairs nearby, as it looks like jack's men are handling the first floor quite well. He calls back to Gregory.

You want to come with me to start clearing the second floor, or is there another thing your planning to grab.

[DezNutz]

It seems that you want to discuss it further. Hold all the suspicions you want, but accuse me again of something nefarious without actual proof, you will find yourself regretting it.

Gregory exits the powder reserve pouring a line of gunpowder from a small barrel he picked up from inside.

If you are done, then yes I'll join you in clearing the 2nd floor.

[Jack Teach]

The last guard on the first floor attacks jack with a saber, jack blocks with his cutlass, disarms him, and then stabs him through chest, blood spilling everywhere. Jack walks over to Gregory.

You mates ready to move on?

Carl looks at Gregory as he replies.

Oh? I didn't accuse you of doing anything nefarious-I accused you of lying about why you went off on your own. I never said you did anything nefarious or bad-as I don't know what you did or why you did it-I do know that it probably wasn't what you told me.

Carl nods to Oggie and Jack.

Yeah lets go and clear the second floor. Don't want to get involved with the magic crap below anytime soon.

Carl goes over to the stairs and begins heading up. Once there he notices the cult leaders are burning papers. He shouts to the others.

Gotta hurry before they destroy all the evidence of who their linked to.

Oggie and Carl rush forward attacking the cult leaders and their guards. Though Carl also tries to pocket what papers he can grab while fighting.

Aeron grabs a nearby sword, and kills his way toward the cult leader

The man who appears to be the leader of the cult just smiles as he turns and locks himself into a nearby room. The remaining members continue either fighting or burning documents, Carl is grabbing as many as he can, while Oggie covers him.
