Back to my question, you didn't light the whole guild. I didn't receive a cast, so why not?

This specific comment makes everything i said relevant.
Not just directed at the very "green" player, but it is even more pronounced in some that have been around long enough to take a few basic steps.
Meliva stepped up as guild leader when Phoenix left. The first thing I did was contact her about those very basic things because she was open to it. She stated she would use some of the suggestions to create a guild guide. My question was simple. Why didn't the guild have such a guide from the beginning? How can you consider yourself a "training guild" without providing that information?

The old guard only cares about the old guard, didn't you get the memo?

Not true at all, I have trained and helped several players in their tactics and compositions. Again, point being the attacks on innocents not for profit but for anothers actions while that other has resources and assets to hit, and also avoiding any in the guild who can and would strike back...
Cowardly actions and those are the ones I take issue with.
Want to raid for profit go for it I agree with piracy, want to hit others for the sole purpose of misery because they are not yet able to fight back at the same level... pathetic.
