But it points out a far bigger picture than that as it means you believe women or girls are weak and as such cry quicker than men.
Now while I agree in some cases like Lana this may be true I can point to others who have not cried once ...... or at least not here in forums.

So, if someone ignores your pathetic attempts ''to make a name'' and never have been really hurt or destroyed (also, not so interested in striking back, no big damage - no big deal, and RL is more interesting of fighting back some proxy user), that actually means you are weak and cry baby? WOWWW!

Btw, not being a big trader and with fleets that don't come in series, but being on your skirmish target list everyday (You're really trying to find me. ), could means something...
So, not giving a f..k annoys you... or you really want to be noticeable (to me? )?

While I have posted a comment or two here and there on the subject. Here is my full opinion of the matter at hand.

This topic and the clown shoes topic are kabuki theater at its best. I do not support either side in it.

I really don't see how allowed game play is such a problem now when 6-8 months ago, most of those in this TPK guild didn't give a rats shit about identical actions, and whom one of which actually engaged in these types of actions.

BooHoo. Someone targeted fellow nation and guild members who had nothing to do with the initial conflict. I have no sympathy, as you didn't when the target was someone other than your guild or nation members. The pissing and moaning is nothing but a result of a bunch of whiny instant gratification players who feel that they should be protected by their guilds or nation. If traders can't figure out how to stop being a target, then they are either milking the guild system and gullible veteran players to protect them, or the veteran players that should be teaching them are failing at doing so.

When I was a trader, I was hit several times. The first time I was hit, I asked for help from my guild and was provided the guidance on how to handle it. Over time I picked up the information necessary to survive and strive, even having to rebuild several times. I've even told my guild not to waste voodoo removing other voodoo cast on me. I don't see nor treat my guild or my nation as a safety net, contrary to what some people may think.

All this supposed plan of action does is gives those that fail to do what is necessary to try to fight back or make changes to prevent future attacks an excuse to continue on their path of being a target. If you want to assist them out in fighting back, then do so, but don't do it for them. And that's what you are doing. I don't see any of these "hurt" or "wronged" players out here. I see a bunch of veterans, that are sadly doing the work for those too lazy to put themselves out there.

To me this is nothing but BS.

I can see where both sides are coming from. Those in Thor think pirates and plunderers shouldn't hit excessively while others think that the traders should learn to protect and guard themselves. I do agree with both statements, as a trader, I try to run escorts on my fleets, spread them out a bit, and keep a good amount of gold on hand. As such, I do get skirmished fairly often but raids are rare on me, and when it happens they are not as damaging as they could be due to my efforts on protecting myself.

But I also know that its generally a bad idea for a pirate/privateer to over farm someone since it normally ends in one of a few ways. Either that player straight up quits and that's one less farm and player to raid, that player changes their style and becomes harder to raid-making a good farm less valuable, or that player gives up trading and focuses on revenge-which is even worse for the pirate.

I as well understand both sides, but I cannot in good conscious support either. I have fleets in every port and I use you as a fill in for 3 pattern hits if I see you.

Sorry Dez, if someone continually hits the new players in my guild because they dislike another player in it then damn straight I will come to their aid. To expect guild leaders to stand idol while so called pirates cast on their guild is absurd.. why do we have guilds if not to protect and stand up for eachother.

You all preach that we are doing it wrong by not teaching our members how to defend themselves, truth is many of us have and continue to do so, but knowing what to do and having the resources to do it when they are so green are two different things entirely. My personal reason for my involvement is not piracy, we need it and I am a strong advocate for it. My issue is with players like Dman casting on several new players in a guild who have done nothing and not even for the purpose to raid them and profit. His reason is because another player is in the guild. Don't like the player, take it up with him not the new generation of players we are trying to keep in this game. Or better yet take it up with the veterans of the guild who accepted the player you don't like... nope not one cast on me... oh right, i can defend myself and will return it ten fold, cant have that.

If it was for profit no problems here, but the purpose behind everything I am standing against was simply to hurt those close to a player he doesn't like and not even those able to stand toe to toe.. the little guy.
