Jack sighs

Not normal people I imagine, especially not people wearing black cloaks.

[DezNutz]

A few cloaked men start to congregate into the warehouse where the meeting is to take place. A couple of non-cloaked men also walk into the warehouse


We need to be cautious. It looks like the meeting will be starting soon. I think we may be able to fake joining their ranks as not all of the people are in cloaks. It may be an open invitation to join.

[Jack Teach]

Jack shakes his head.

I can’t pretend to join, my face is too familiar, but you can. If you want, you pretend to join, you if you need help, holler and I’ll come over.

[Meliva]

As if on cue one of the cloaked members says to those coming into the warehouse in a somewhat happy tone.

Yes, come in, come in my future brothers and sisters, we of the plagued ones welcome all who wish to help rebuild this corrupt world. Remember all new recruits line up into the front, so that the local branch leader may welcome you among us.

The uncloaked indiviuals follow a path and line up in the front, quite a few young men and women seem to be joining the meeting, a few of the cloaked members casually remark to each other to keep an eye out for Oggie, and the missing men he stole.

Gregory blends into the crowd but moves to the front being careful not to draw attention to himself.

A young looking woman in a cloak steps onto the platform in the warehouse as she looks upon the recruits. She smiles a rather cold smile as she begins to speak.

Welcome everyone, to the Plagued Ones. I am Sister Nelly and It is our goal that soon, once the buildings and structures of the old society are torn down, destroyed and gone, that we can all come together and rebuild a new better world, free from the corrupt noblemen who claim to be our lords, but drain us of our wealth and life, and the wretched pirates who kick and beat us down even more. But for that to happen, what is here must be destroyed before we can rebuild. So I ask you, our new initiates to join us.

She motions a few other cult members forward as they bring forth a large cauldron, filled with some sort of black ooze. She takes a chalice and fills it, and nods to the nearest initiate.

Drink, my brothers and sisters, of the elixir that binds us, and you shall join us in our holy quest.

The young man looks nervous as he downs it, and starts to convulse before calming down, he is led away and given a cloak. She refills the chalice and give it to the next recruit. One by one she moves through the initiates as she gets closer to Gregory and Aeon.

Gregory ponders the situation at hand as his turn to drink the elixir inches closer. Do I drink the elixir and risk exposure? Do I reject and fight and risk capture?
