Holding to the boards as a life preserver is funny at best.
Imagine if you will that everyone was picked for a reason......... on every team.
They all have some merit if you don't agree thats fine but with that cheerleading skirt it's obvious what was on Dezs mind
Campaigning is one thing but not allowing others an opinion is another.
Yes, luck didn't get CDV, PHX, SHM, BS, or anyone to where they are in the game. They all have merit and all bring serious strength with them.
Leaderboards are a factor to the young and uninformed. When someone doesn't know the whose who, where do they look. The leaderboards. Now the boards aren't inclusive of all relative information and that is something that should be and I believe does have suggestions to expand, but the stats that are available are still significant. Now, not being on the leaderboards, doesn't make one's abilities and merits less. It just makes them less visible in their achievements.

All the teams have solid players, all the rest will change from one person to the other. If you already cast your vote, you cannot change it. You may be lobbying for uncast votes but at this point it is all drowning in a sea of hot debate!

Your right PK, i got a bit heated there, i just really dislike being accused of abusing my power. I really hate those who do such a thing, and when i was made a mod I wanted to make sure i would be fair and not abuse my power. So being accused of that really upset me.
But you do realize you CAN change your vote in this right? So its kind of lobbying for uncast votes and for other votes elsewhere.

No, I didn’t realize you can change the vote. Never tried it before. I am a belieber of sticking to my vote.
DezNutz wrote:If blurbs actually meant something, why is Lodswe's team trailing. He gave more than sufficient detail on who his players are, and a lot more than I did. Why isn't Shadowood leading? His blurb was very detailed and included team strategy and was probably the most appealing. If there were no blurbs, do you think the voting would be different then it stands now? I don't.
PhoenixKnight wrote:For me it was simple. I believe all the teams are good. None stood out to me above all the others, so I decide to vote for the team I am in. If there was a team that really stood out and I thought that this is THE TEAM,I would have voted for them regardless of if I am on that team or not. FYI, I didn’t vote for my team in the first draft as Team SHM really stood out.

It would most likely be different yes. As for why which blurb works and which doesn't, well I think it just comes down to different things appeal to different people. Some might love shadows RP blurb, but others might not care for RP, and think it was bad and vote elsewhere. Some might like some detail, but not excessive details. Like if there was a book talking about a feast, some might like to know all the details, from the types of meat, to the frosting on a cake, others might just want it to describe it quickly and move on. Sadly i don't know how all of the voters think, what they value, what they prefer and what appeals to them. if i did id have won the 3rd draft when i was captain.

So you think that there are at least 5 people that were undecided on who to vote for until they read the blurbs?
