You as a moderator should know that if something is under observation in this case roos vote fraud then it would be better not to mention abything connected to it and yet you mentioned rankings especially not in cynical way like you did but still here we are and you mention rankings and lets not forget editting other peoples comments but it is not something I am concerned...

Luck did not get CDV where he is but SHM and BS ae not on the leaderboards now go smack them and tell them they are weak. All I will say is pack a lunch......... a bunch of em.
Holding to the boards as a life preserver is funny at best.
Imagine if you will that everyone was picked for a reason......... on every team.
They all have some merit if you don't agree thats fine but with that cheerleading skirt it's obvious what was on Dezs mind
Campaigning is one thing but not allowing others an opinion is another.

I allowe other peoples opinion I just defend mine. But if you can't see that you will in few years when you get little bit older

Wolfie, stop bringing that up, Jack said to drop it while he handled it. I don't want to start editing or deleting posts mate. And tell me, what did those 1 player nations do? How long did they last and what all did they accomplish? As history will also show that those nations did NOT last long, nor did they hold ports for very long-so far less impressive then what you claim it to be. And destroy it in a second? Please your team is big sure, but it sure as hell aint that big, that is a complete exaggeration on your team's skills and talents. And your one to talk about a premise being nothing new. Like I said-any other captain and team can make the claim "we have people on stat lists". Congrats, you have the same thing everyone else has essentially-nothing special. And as I said, Roo did an exceptional job detailing his plan and roles of everyone in his team.

Dez on the other hand was more or less "I got a bunch of big players". He didn't detail how they fit in, what role they may play, what his strategy of plan would be with his team. Just "I got a bunch of big players, and we plan to conquer avonmora.".

First, I'll answer your first question. There was a 1 person nation that has developed into the largest current port holding nation on the board. PHX held 2 ports by himself before players started joining Egypt. He held and maintained an impressive amount of influence for 1 person and for quite some time before Egypt really started to expand. Egypt expanded further and eventually became St. Kitts. I'm pretty sure you were part of Egypt. This isn't ancient history. (pun intended)

Yes, the other teams also have statistical players. The difference is in the actual stats.

So what about my blurb. I wrote a blurb that was true to what a blurb is. If you have to spell it out how the team would function, your team is lacking a natural cohesion and an understanding of the teams capabilities. My teams capabilities don't need to be discussed. A team that can excel in every area doesn't need a decoder book of strategy.

I shouldn't have to expect others NOT to bring up something that is meant to be dropped just because i state a fact that EVERYONE who can vote can see-Dez is in third place, Roo Is in second-me bringing that fact up shouldn't provoke others to bring up vote fraud. And i did NOT edit the comments from earlier-that was Jack who did that, and if you check one of MY comments was also edited. And when i brought up the rankings it was most certainly not in a cynical way-it was a jovial joking way, hell i even used a emoji after it. And i won't offer another warning wolfie, don't bring up that issue or i will start editing and deleting posts that have it-and i really do NOT want to have to do that okay?

Yes, luck didn't get CDV, PHX, SHM, BS, or anyone to where they are in the game. They all have merit and all bring serious strength with them.

Leaderboards are a factor to the young and uninformed. When someone doesn't know the whose who, where do they look. The leaderboards. Now the boards aren't inclusive of all relative information and that is something that should be and I believe does have suggestions to expand, but the stats that are available are still significant. Now, not being on the leaderboards, doesn't make one's abilities and merits less. It just makes them less visible in their achievements.

So you have 2 examples-In a game that's been around for several years. That proves it is an exception. And if you notice that the single player nations often expand ONCE more players join in. And once more stats are not the be all and end all. Several major players are not on many stat pages. Does this make them inferior, or less powerful? No, it does not.

And yes, your blurb was a proper blurb, but as I said before-past drafts have shown there is no restictions on what a blurb can be. You can make it long and detailed or short and sweet. Just hope that however you make it, it appeals to the voters. And sure, you know what your team capabilities are, you made the team and put thought into your picks. The point of a blurb is to try to explain to the voters how and why your team is the best, and so explaining to them how the team would function and its capabilities is helpful, since not everyone KNOWS the players picked and not everyone would know who would be good at what.

Mate if I wanted to abuse my power id just delete all your posts now. I would have locked this topic when Roo was ahead to prevent others from voting. I could do so much stuff to abuse my power and I don't. So don't you dare accuse me of that. Why the hell do you THINK I give so many warning? Its because I don't LIKE having to moderate on other peoples posts, and I hate restricting what others say. And if you truly think I abuse my power, then report it. All the teams have solid players, all the rest will change from one person to the other. If you already cast your vote, you cannot change it. You may be lobbying for uncast votes but at this point it is all drowning in a sea of hot debate!
