The local guards quickly withdraw, deciding they will let these men kill each other and wait until it dies down to arrest the leftovers. Carl checks to see if his friends followed as he nears the forest. He see's Jack and smiles.

Glad you followed mate. Seems Eric didn't, hope he doesn't die. Figured both of you would follow when I told you to run, which is why I didn't bother checking. Man when the nobles find out about this, its gonna be a huge problem I reckon.

Exiting out the forest is Emily, she shouts to Jack and Carl.

The bloody hell is happening? I can hear the fighting from here. Just finished up thankfully, otherwise id never finish with that racket.

[Jack Teach]

Aye, we might have to leave.

As the last shots are fired, the remaining few standing charge each other and begin to fight hand to hand. In the confusion, Eric roles to the side and crawls back into the tavern. After getting through the door, he stands and looks at the bartender.

Don't know where the other two ran off to, but I need a quick drink before I head out. Tell the lady in my room, to not wait for me. She knows how to find me.

The bartender nods and hands him another mug. Meadow just looks outside at all the corpses and sighs.

Gonna be such a hassle getting out of port. The guards will surely start a blockade to sort through everyone soon. Such an incident with so many noblemen and ladies nearby is sure to get a lot of heat on this place. I recommend you leave fast Eric. Or you might get stuck here until they find all responsible.

Emily smiles at Jack and Carl.

You know I can get both of you out of here if you want. Part of that big project I'm working on. You two interested?

Raven glances outside, and sighs

I'll be on my way once I finish my drink. It's not my fault that Jack escalated it. Anyhow, I have a way to get out of here even if the harbor is closed and blockaded. A certain someone owes me a favor.

Jack looks to the harbor.

If it involves magic, no. I'll stick with me ship. If I leave now, we can get out of her before anything happens.

Carl shrugs.

I'm willing to try it out I suppose. I'm curious ill admit.

Emily smiles.

Good. And if your interested I could use some help with certain things. ill see you later Jack, I have more work to do. And you really shouldn't be so hateful of magic. Its no more evil then a gun. Both can be used to kill or cause terror and destruction, it all depends on the wielder. Hell you have easily killed more people with your actions and ships and weapons then I have with my magic. But regardless I must be going now. I am nearing completion of my project, and once done, Gale and his captors will be found and killed.

Emily and Carl head back into the woods leaving Jack alone.

Still looking at Meadow
Thanks for the good time, Meadow. I have to admit, if it wasn't for you I don't think the party would have lasted as long. I planned on sneaking up to the noble area and robbing their homes while they were out partying. Would have been great to see their faces when they got home, but the fun I had was well worth missing out on that.

Eric quickly gulps down his drink and heads out

Well half the fun came from you 3. If it weren't for you id have to come up with my own fun to ruin the party-and nothing I could ever think of could top or equal what you and Carl did.

Back near the forest as Jack is alone, a bright light flashes and Ellen's spirit is in front of Jack.
