Stats can be miss leading.
At one point I had 2,400 ships,
A week ago i had abot 1,400
Now I have about 970, i currently have more captains than ships.
Likewise during the draft Phoenix had
Well over 1000 ships but last I checked was no longer on the list.
Win ratio is easy for a player that has few ships or a few carefully chosen battles, it can be manipulated if a player casts hideout a lot. When a player has thousands of battles undertaken, and still maintains a high count this number holds a little move value in my opinion.
Total battles, could be 70% loses so i dont put a lot of weight in that unless compared to Total Wins.
Other stats like ships plundered and total wins skirmish win may be reliable stats to follow if tgats where you weight a players value.
You can look at influence, bank rank, ect.
Players may store money as bar or bury it in the ground.
Some players may have a lot of interest in nations while others may not.
All stats and information are useful, especially when all available stats are viewed as a collection of information.
Except perhaps fame. I put no value on that except for who i can cast on, or more importantly who can cast on me, undercover.
I prefer to weight players value on personal experiences i have had with them, or the actions I have seen them take since I started playing.
