yes the time is the most important there

Yes it does! since it shows how many message i have as well as events when i sign in.

Do you pay attention to the stats at the top right of the quartermaster page?
I don't really look at what is written on that corner because i always check demographics and those information is there.

Do you pay attention to the voodoo list at the bottom?
I do indeed pay attention on the voodoo list, as i often buy voodoo from there.

Do you pay attention to the daily records at the middle?
Yes i pay attention to the records so make sure you keep them there.

Do you usually click the continue link at the bottom?
Yes i do click the continue link but if i have message or events i click them instead.

Does the page confuse you at all?
Nope not really.

Do you think it must be the first page you see once you enter the game?
Yes

Do you think users should be able to choose whether or not they want this as the first page?
Yes, as some players may not want to see that page and just wants to get on the game straight away.


Improvements
*To be able to personalize what we can see in the Quartermaster page
*Present Page link (maybe in a form of an actual present box which can be clicked to direct you to your present and it only appears if you have any presents that needs receiving).
*Personalize how many voodoo you would like to see.
*Add another record in the middle - "The most Renown Guild in Avonmora"

.....I like to occasionally see what day it is and when the new day starts but I never read the stats at the top right. I would rather see something like an abbreviated demographics page:
...........-total buried treasure (also link to top 10)
...........-total treasure found (also link to top 10)
...........-most profitable fleet yesterday
...........-most profitable fleet overall
Do you pay attention to the voodoo list at the bottom?
.....Yes, I forget to check the voodoo market if I don't see it on the Quartermaster page.
Do you pay attention to the daily records at the middle?
.....Yes, the fame gained and fame lost is the most important. For new players it's important to tell them which nation is the most influential/strongest. Also seeing the top fame and influence player is important.
Do you usually click the continue link at the bottom?
.....yes
Does the page confuse you at all?
.....No- I know where everything is by now. Maybe more new players should answer this question.
Do you think it must be the first page you see once you enter the game?
.....Yes- why not? It's just 1 click to the next page.
Do you think users should be able to choose whether or not they want this as the first page?
.....No, I would rather see the new voodoo and new ship abilities and banks a little bit sooner by not requesting time spent on little options
How could we improve the Quartermaster page further?
.....Change the picture to something else? My Quartermaster has been angry looking for 303 days now! I want a new, nicer looking one

Show your profits in plunder and merchant work for the previous day.

I agree with the others of experience. Of course we look and learn with new information. New players should be forced to look at this till they understand it and want to augment it to ones outlook. I suggest it be able to display the information available in many forms. The users choosing of stats displayed. Say top ten in many categories. Similar to the View Your stats Page. Friends recent activity. Voodoo cast , for sale , used against guild mates. As many options of information, results, actions as possible. I believe the future of this game is personalization to ones needs.

I just thought of 1 more thing I want to see on the quartermaster page that is more important than just about everything else currently shown: I want to see the last 10 guild voodoo events on the quartermaster page.

That way when I log in I will immediately notice my guildmember has a bad voodoo on him and I can immediately remove it. Otherwise I may forget to click the "Voodoo affecting Guildmates" link and not notice at all.

But this just makes it incredibly more difficult to pirate and tips the balance even more, and I think is not needed. If you forget to check it is more fault of your own.
