Emily shrugs.

I won't lie to you Jack I have no idea. Viewing things with a crystal isn't very easy and its not very clear. I could only tell what type of ships they were-couldn't make out much more then that. But it won't matter much. Odds are most of the men are going to attack the port, so we might not need to fight them on sea.

[Jack Teach]

Jack looks at his chart.

3 more hours till we reach Regis. I hope they can hold out for that long.

[Meliva]

Emily thinks for a few moments as she stands next to Jack before speaking.

Gale is a very strong person. He beat me in a fight which is a pretty hard thing to do. That being said Ellen is even tougher then i am, and based on my fight with him i don't think he can beat her. But he also has a bunch of men with him, and other then Brian Ellen doesn't have anyone who can help her in a fight. The local guards are still low in men from what i hear, but if nothing else i know it will take longer then 3 hours for Gale to find what's hidden in Panselo. Hell i spent years when i lived there looking for it myself, and i never found it.

[Jack Teach]

three hours have passed, regis is in sight

Emily and her golem look at the port. She can see fire and smoke. She curses. She looks at the docks and doesn't see any of their ships, so she takes her crystal and looks again. After a few moments she finds them, they seem to be sailing west. She figures Gale intends to try to do the same trick again and teleport away once he gets what he's looking for. She turns to Jack.

Do you think you have the forces to send some ships to pursue his fleet. If not then we need to act quick when we find him and destroy his recall crystal before he can use it.

[Jack Teach]

Jack thinks.

No. But we can chase him in this one, the others have too much damage, or the men need a break. In this one however, my most loyal crew are here, they're willing to fight. The others can protect the port, they could get some his hands to help to defend the place, whilst I take the dismas and we run him down.

[Meliva]

Emily shakes her head.

Do you not remember in my tower? Gale is probably in the port, and will just teleport back to his flagship when he is done here or if he gets stuck. But if his forces here win the battle he may decide to commandeer ships from the port and we end up chasing down his ships for nothing. Besides even if Gale isn't in this port my sister is, and I need to make sure she's alright and help her out. If you wish to chase down the ships you can, but I'm getting off here.

[Jack Teach]

Jack sighs.

Alright, we'll get off here. I'm not letting my ships go out against him alone, he's a brilliant strategist.

[Meliva]

Emily nods.

If nothing else even if he does escape again don't forget, a little bit of magic and we can track him down.

One of Jack's men nearby turns to Emily and asks in a bit of a worried tone.

Uh, but what if you die in this fight? Wouldn't that kinda **** us all over?

Emily laughs.

I wont die, trust me. I have a plan in the event I get seriously injured so no worries. But anyway get us to the port and we can start helping them fight off his men.

[Jack Teach]

The ships land away from the port, they are guarded well to keep anything happening to them. Boats are launched, and the men row ashore, jack and Emily in the lead boat.
