Okay I'm calling BS on that. First of all how did you only lose 4 ships-I said earlier around a dozen cutters manage to explode near your ships. Even lowballing that would mean you lost 2-4 from that alone. Factor in the 2 dozen large frigates coming in to ram your ships, even assuming only half made it that's 12 more ships still lost. And again this is really lowballing the figures. And let me remind you that these mortars are hidden way behind the jungle foliage-you would be shooting in blind-which would take quite a few shots before you actually hit any of them-while they are hitting back much more accurately because they have men near the end of the jungle who report where the ships are.
didn't lose four, I lost eight ships. Generally in a real naval battle, only a couple ships would be lost. I'll make it smaller, if you insist. Im not letting you sink all my armada. You also can't assume that all the large frigates made their mark, maybe some of them didn't hit hard enough, as spikes on their hulls would slow them down significantly.
32-28 is 4 jack not 8. If you lost 8 then that would be 24 ships. Also I have no intention of sinking your whole armada, but I also have no intention of letting you say you walked away from this encounter with minor losses. And again mate, I did the math LOWBALLING it. half of 24 is still 12, plus the 4 from the cutters is 16. But I would settle for 12.
I realize my mistake now, I read that thinking you started with 32 ships and only lost 4, then checking back I realized you started with 40 and what you meant by your post.
The original number was 40, not 32, that's the remaining number. 32. I did the math, 40-8=32. So by my logic, he lost 8. I'll make it 12 if you insist.

Fixed. 12 are lost.
Also the island mortars still are not destroyed-not entirely anyway. Like I said, your 4 ships firing back will take some time before actually hitting them since they can't see them and the jungle is quite large.
