This isn't a problem, as long as milking is not enacted.

There are many things that you cannot understand as a player. First and foremost, the rules. You need to full understand that the full set of rules have been created in a way to preserve fair play. Now, if someone violates the multiplay rule, this does not automatically mean that level playing field has been breached. It may take more than that.

So in essence, due to how hard it is to track multiplaying, it is entirely possible to multi play without anyone knowing. Gaining from this though? That's another chapter which is more difficult to happen. IPs btw are only a simple indication. The so called hidden Shared IP rules help us instruct players from same household how they should play the game. If you use different IPs though, you will just miss the chance to get informed how you should deal with an account played by a person close to you.

xProx and dmanwuzhere for example, are falling in this case. They are close to each other and conducted actions that no ordinary player would do. If I am PK for example and ask Lana to start doing what xProx did and get help for my attacks, she will not do it. Why do it? If Lana was PK's best buddy though, or his spouse (example :P), she could do it. This is the kind of things that must be avoided, whether you are using the same IP or not. Again, using the same IP just gives us the chance to alert you about it.

After all, what happens in this game becomes pretty obvious after a while:

This is why we got all the parts you could use to cheat, open to the public with an easy to report way. Perhaps we can now add a report button to the Voodoo Log. This way you can report it alongside with battles for easier reporting. Although, if you know what to report, such a tool is not required. Black Sparrow knew what to report obviously, you all saw what he wrote and what he claimed. It was a rightful claim and a quite clear destination for us and what to look. PK made it even clearer later by claiming that there is a recurring pattern. This is all that we needed to search in the right direction as there was really nothing else, we have checked everything else.

At the end, as players you have to:
-Follow the rules we assembled.
-Help administration when you detect foul play.
-Trust administration in its decisions.
-Avoid bringing controversy to the public.

There is no point in testing administration either. If one wants to cheat and prove admins incapable of catching him, he will probably achieve this. If he wants to cheat to win though, it is another case. We might not catch him in the first week, neither in the first month. However, over the long term two things happen; You are either caught or you leave.

So cheating is not really worth first and foremost for your gameplay. You will either end up losing a dear account for which you spent a lot of time and possibly money either because of admins ability or inability.

To close this, there are many players, good players that have had a few issues in the past. You need to give them some space and air after you tell them what they did wrong and after you explained to them what is expected as fair play.

In a nutshell (google for full details):

As admins, we are here to set things straight first and foremost and then issue needed penalties.

Disciplinary penalties are needed at the cases where the game has been tainted and the player who violated the rule has reaped unfair advantages out of his rule violation.

The ultimate disciplinary penalty is the removal of account and such is used on people who refuse to cooperate or recurring cases or when it is impossible to define the benefits that one has unfairly won.

I hope these provide all the needed insight for you to chill out and continue with your game.

Thank you CJ, I am totally satisfied with your answer and I am sure you do a great job! :y

I was not worried or pissed of, or anything similar, in other words, I was totally relaxed when posting my question. :D

I wanted to give you a new task for thinking, because I wanted to know: ‘’What’s happening in this case?’’

And ... I just do not like when people make jokes about this, putting it in the field of paranoia or conspiracy theory, not knowing all the possibilities (or knowing them, but thinking it's so f.....g cool). :)
