Chaos spreads through the port as the garrison and the crows clash, but then a loud warhorn could be heard

These are not just men from the garrison or barracks-these are soldiers of the nation that Regis is part of. Its pretty reasonable that 2 battalions would be in a port, during a big event like a noble wedding. A battalion being 300-700 men. Also where did you get that number from exactly? I don't recall doing a RP like that. But getting back into the story, we can just say that the crow's are in the middle of fighting the port.

Veera makes it to the port, climbing onto the dock soaked and tired. But driven by rage she rushes into the port slicing every crow and cult member she see's on her way to Panselo. The nun's in Panselo along with some local militiamen are firing and fighting off the men keeping the orphans hidden back inside the building. The local battalions begin firing mortar's into the enemy lines. Its chaos and bloodshed everywhere.

I got it from a book called pillaging the empire

Far from the port, the crow hideouts are attacked by a new force

Jack looks at the mouth of the cave.

Should we storm the caves?

Abigale nods.

We need to clear them out completely.

Back at the port the men seem to be getting close to breaching Panselo, before Veera comes rushing in, covered in blood, slicing left and right, several of the crows fire into her, and stab her, she grunts in pain but fights on, distracted by her sudden attack, the Nuns and local militia take advantage and quickly launch a full frontal assault clearing them out. Veera marches past the nuns and militiamen rushing into the building, upon finding her sisters she smiles as she collapses to one knee.

Oh thank goodness your both fine.

I, I don't think I'm going to be able to fight much more after the injuries I took.

A few nuns quickly begin bandaging her up, as she pushed her body to the absolute limit.

Jack turns to his first mate.

Mr. Eckelston, run up a flag.

The men come up with a black garment, it is tied to the rope and pulled up, it depicts a skeleton and a man holding an hourglass, a symbol that the enemies time is up! A flag of piracy!

this should be surprising

As the crows retreat, a new force, 200 cavalry strong, carrying the flag of a lion, slams into their host from being, and easily tear the crows apart

Abigale watches as they enter the cave, many bodies litter the ground, though peering deeper she notices a small force of men remain, they begin firing at Jack's sloop, Quinton and his ships decide to leave the cave to Jack, and they form a small blockade on the port and Quinton leads a force of men into the port to help mop up any remaining crows. He noticed the cavalry but since they seem to be here to help he leaves them be focusing instead on any crow's trying to flee towards the docks. Veera is on a bed feeling like utter crap. She can hear the fighting still going on and says in a angry low voice.

Ugh. Damn bloody nuns with their holy magic getting rid of my voodoo. If I had it I could keep fighting, or at least do something to help.
