There is no test. I try to select captains that have played the game well, who I think knows the other players in the game well enough to pick a squad, someone I see leadership qualities in. It has worked well so far.

You might be surprised. I really didn't think I would have gotten picked in the first draft and when I did I was sure shocked. And even if you don't get picked there is always next draft-so just keep trying

You never know. It all depends on who the captains are and what the end goal of the draft is, which has been Best Overall Team. As well, in the last two drafts, the last draftee had to be a rookie.

I assume you mean semi-annual. The draft while on its fourth occurrence hasn't been around for 4 years.

I think that would make it Bi-Annual. as in twice a year. Semi Annual works too I guess, not sure which is the correct term, English was not my best subject growing up.
