Terrorize would become a very useful card. I'm assuming that it would prevent the use of resources in your warehouse, since you can't use the market in the specified port.

This is a interesting idea. As pointed out already, OLoD and Terrorize would come into play.

I would say this would also be a pro and a con for the semi-approved feature “Contract Shipping”
I don't fear death. I look forward to it with great anticipation. For then I will met God face to face and let him know that I stole his Man of War!!!

I would say that it pulls from casters Hideout Port resources. Having to have resources in all ports isn’t necessary

I like the idea of it for myself as it would restrict alot of people from casting lol making some gods and others nobodies lol not really balanced :D

Yeah, a witch doctor could use that to fill their warehouses and still sling voodoo with no ships. But they still would need to be relying on supplies being shipped to their warehouses, and this would open up 2 more methods of shutting a witch doctor down. Wouldn't need to rely solely on time spirals or confuse anymore.

If you have any sort of back bone setup, you should already have multiple ports with resources stashed. 4 or 5 shipbuilding ports and several trade good ports.

I like it. Would require just a bit more planning. Casting 50 Time Spiral would then require some preparations.

What I was thinking of, is you select a port to draw resources from. You can choose ANY port, so long as said port has the resources. That means you could potentially stock all 21 ports with ample resources so you have 21 different options for casting-meaning more terrorizes/OLoD's needed to shut you down. But the downside being doing that would be rather time consuming, and costly. You could alternatively just use one port, which would be faster and cheaper, but if they find out that port, they could shut you down with just a single terrorize. So this would add a bit more strategy to voodoo in my opinion.

Actually, I was thinking you could pull from any port except your hideout port. This would require people to plan a bit more. Most already have a well stocked hideout port.

If gold bars are used for any then they should be used for all and if you are attacking ships or ports with the voodoo then you should have the materials in those ports. :D
