This includes, but is not limited to, player assets that are otherwise private (ie Voodoo List, warehouse positions, fleet list, voodoo list etc). Permission from all parties involved must be given prior to posting such material. You may instead post whatever is publicly available to everyone at any given time. (ie Fame points, Influence points, etc). Also, posting Battle reports that reveal no sensitive data (ie battles against a destroyed fleet) are an exception to the rule.

Nation Forum Discussions are not restricted discussion. If you mentioned it in the Nation Forums, it can be discussed here without your consent to release. However, that in general is considered poor optics as those discussions are supposed to be for nation members only, but that doesn't prevent someone from reposting or discussing them in the Open Forum.
The only items that require permission to post and discuss are Battle Reports, Private Communications, and Personal Information (that's a given and even if I had permission, I disagree with the last. Personal Info should never be released, even if permission is provided.).Captain Jack wrote:Posting uncensored battle reports.

You will find no mention of Nation or Guild Forums being restricted from discussions without consent from those involved.
