jack takes the sword and gives a little grin.

Oh yes, yes I do. I think he is probably running away aboard a little ship. Well I can assure you admiral, that I have either sunk or captured every single ship in this fleet.

The admiral laughs at this. a few men come up with a man dressed in royal clothes. He looks a bit different then the king however.. The admiral points to him and says.

That right there is Duke Gumi You see the king would never set sail even for a major event, truth be told our new king is a cowardly petty man, I really dislike him myself. Regardless he sent his half brother to the meeting in his place, and simply told everyone he was coming. Right now he is back in England sipping tea in his castle.

Duke Gumi walks forward and hands Jack his sword as well.

You can kill us all if you still want to. My brother won't care however. He is a terrible person. He actually threw a bloody party to celebrate our father's death, and i think he wants me dead so he can take my lands. Regardless do what you will. We have resigned ourselves to our fate.

Morgan is little bit surprised seeing nun in front of him.

Hello sister, nice to meet you.
I am sorry to meet you in this enviroment it's not pleasant for the nun but knowing that this ship was under that scum captain before I went for my daily nap I'd say you are more than nun running few orphanages. No offens meant. I feel aura of bloodlust behind you so I assume it is from that girl behind you.

I was taking nap and transportation to St.Martins before this all started. I was planning to swim there since my howker sanked in the storm near the Akroitiri and I was swimming from port to port getting something to drink.

So that scum whom tried to assasinate me didn't worked under your command? Morgan has deep suspicious look in his eyes.

I am willing to keep low profile and promise that I won't speak about your plot with pirates attacking that Man o War in front of us if you can promise me that I can nap in peace up there in crows nest and transporting me to St.Martins with some extra food and water aswell as couple gold coins in my pocket so that I can buy things I need. I lost my money in storm when I was swimming twoards Thoraks

Jack looks towards them and nods.

I expected just as much. Gentleman, your lives will be spared. Your ships will be mine of course, you and your men will be free to go. However, I would like you to help me.

Ellen shrugs.

I don't see why not. It looks like the battle is over anyway, and all the men who went overboard are all either saved or dead. And no, looking at the corpses none of these were my crew. I know my crew by name and face-all of them are orphans I grew up with, and are like family to me. So they would never disobey a command from me without good reason. I can promise you my crew won't disturb you, but the rest may not heed my command.

So before we can drop you off, we will dock in Baramas to drop all the rescued men off. Then we can set sail for Akrotiri. But you do realize this ship was originally sailing for St. Martin right? Akrotiri is quite literally on the other side of the world, so the previous captain may have lied to you. But after we finish in Baramas we can begin heading there. I need to open an orphanage there anyway, so this will be a good opportunity for me.

And yes the young lady behind me is a very bloodthirsty girl. She is my sister Emily G. Panselo. But she won't attack anyone unless they attack first. But lets get to sailing. Baramas is a short distance away.

Gumi looks to the legacy and notices its beginning to sink. He looks to Jack

Well it seems your gonna have to fish for it later, but yeah ship belonged to my dirt bag brother so its yours if you want it. And if you want my help to get to my brother you got that too.

I hope that you are right about your crew. I am not violent guy but problem child of mine is different, Sulong is little bit edgy Morgan grins

It seems we have misunderstandings sister due waves and screams of wounded man. I need transport to St.Martins not Akroitiri. I need to avoide Akroitiri for some time but that is story for some other time. Oh and before I go and take my nap, when we arrive at Baramas send 1 person to wake me up. I would recommend one of these english mens since I can be quick on my sword when someone interrupts my nap.

Jack orders the ship pumped out and the holes filled, making the ship seaworthy for awhile. The men gather to the main deck and remove their hats. A bell tolls and an elderly man walks up from belowdecks, he wears old brow robs and wears a rosary. The priest walks forward and blesses the sailors. Jack hands him a list of names, the dead have been gathered up. The priest reads of the names of the men and then ends the ceremony by saying.

We therefore commit these men to the deep, where they shall wait until our Lord's coming when the sea will give up her dead. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, amen.

the priest prays as the men are dumped into the sea. The men put there hats back on and go to work fixing the ships.

( this was often done on ships after battle, so I thought it appropriate)

Ellen has her crew line up. And she asks each of them to swear to her they will not disturb this man. They all do so. She then says in a rather cold chilling voice.

I think of you all as family, but I shall remind you that there are 2 traits I despise above all else. Those who harm innocents, and those who betray their loved ones. So despite my love for all of you as my family, if you break your word and betray me, I will NOT hesitate to kill you.

She turns back to Morgan and says in a pleasant sweet voice.

We will get you to St. Martins. My sister can wake you up. She is very clever and fast, I have no worries she can wake you safely.

Emily nods and says she can handle it. Already thinking of how to do it.

Ellen's new ship the Penitent Thief stops by Jacks. She has all of the men of his she rescued board it. Surprising many of the crew who thought they had drowned. Upon learning that Gumi has made peace with Jack, she hands over the English sailors to him. She turns to Morgan

I am going to have a word with Jack and Gumi, would you care to join us? If not I will have Emily remain here and look after you and the crew.

Upon hearing request Morgan stands up

He sees Gumi and Jack then says. I will follow you because I don't trust these people and you are my only transpirt to St.Martins I'd hate if I needed to swim again especially since my nap was disturbed.

Morgan jumps from the crow nest on the deck and says:

Hello gentlmens I am Morgan this on my hip is Sulong. We were taking this ship to arrive in St.Martins faster. I shall acompany you on this meeting to secure my means of transportation. I never trust pirate, no offense, but I trust even less to some noble scum whom goes with anything just to save their skin.
