Jack's men fly flags which signal to the other fleet, asking to form an alliance with them.

The War galleon flies a flag to signify their agreement, the ship comes out of a fog, and starts to bomb the rear escorts with mortars

Ellen takes the captain out of the brig. She says to him in a polite friendly voice.

Good sir, I request your help in rescuing my crew. You see I have a plan and would like your help.

The captain nods and introduces himself as Howard. Ellen quickly discusses the plan between the 3 of them

As Ellen's cutter arrives to the Penitent Thief, she her sister and Howard quickly boards it and shouts in dismay.

A group of pirates boarded us and killed most the crew, they are planning to hit the fleet from the south and cut them off. We need some more crew to help me sail my cutter.

The captain quickly orders 2 dozen men to board it to help. A minute later the ship explodes killing the crew. Ellen immediately snaps the captains neck while Emily quickly rushes to the brig with Howard killing any who get in the way. The rest of the crew is freed and they quickly take over the Ship though unaware of the man in the crow nest napping.. Ellen shouts.

Good job everyone, shame about my cutter but this ship is a pretty fine one. Lets start sailing around and be ready to help out Jack.

The crew agree and quickly take positions. Thankfully there were other prisoners so they have just enough men to sail the frigate.

The Rear escort along with several other ship immediately turn and begin firing back. They form a line blocking the path to the Legacy, as it and the rest of the escort try to escape quickly to Baramas. They are only a few hours away, and if they make it there the king will be safe.

One of jack's ships ram the enemy, breaking up the line a bit. Jack's 50 ships are a much larger force, and soon the enemies masts are falling and the line blocking the path to the enemy flagship may be broken. Broadsides fire from ship to ship, rigging and spars fall, as do men. The sir is filled with the screams of dying men, all the while jack stands at the helm of the invincible and laughs as the battle thickens. The line is broken, and Jack's flagship, although damaged makes it through and begins to follow the king's ship

Ellen's frigate follows behind Jack and the other man's fleet as she see's the English men left behind in the ocean she grabs her head and sighs. She then shouts.

Men, I can not in good conscience let these men drown, I took a oath when I became a nun to help wherever I can. Lets begin picking these stragglers up. If they ask we can say we are a third party unrelated to the attackers or the king. Understand.

The men nod and begin picking up all the men currently struggling to stay above the waves. Meanwhile the Legacy dispatches the Front guard to form a second line to try to hold off their pursuers. The line fires a volley damaging and sinking a several of Jack's ships. They Legacy is down to only a few escorts now. The 4 Ship of the Line, and several support ships.

Jack lets a cry of anger.

DESTROY THOSE SHIPS! FIRE!

Almost all batteries are released at once, the result is devastation. Several of the enemy ship's masts fall, the rest are sunk as they have already taken much damage. The opposition is sunk, and once again Jack's ships move towards the main flagship. Jack may lower the black and may raise red.

loud yawn breaks from the crown nest.

What's going on what's all this noise I believe I told that stupid captain to not interupt my nap.

man stands up and sees dead bodies all around him

I guess we were under attack. Too bad I was sleeping I know my problem child would love to play. Ohh well as long as I can take a nap and get on destination I don't care who is controlling the ship.

to be safe if he falls asleep too deply young man set some sort of trap and returns to sleep

Emily nods her sister.

Uh, sis some guy is sleeping on the crows nest.

Ellen shrugs.

He ain't hurting us, so let him sleep. We need to keep picking up more of the stragglers.

After picking up even more men the ship is starting to get crowded. She orders most of them to go into the hold. She notices a fight is about to break out between some of english and Jacks men. So she quickly walks up and shouts to both sides.

Anyone who starts a fight WILL be tossed overboard and left for dead. Whether they be english or not. Once we dock in port you both can go your seperate ways. Understand.

The men grumble and agree. Ellen smiles

Good. Now continues following the carnage. I do believe a lot more men will be needing rescue before this fight is over.

Ellen notices something strange however. The Legacy has stopped running, and is now turning to face the pursuers along with most of its escorts aside from a few support ships. They fire and sink even more of their pursuers. And the men look as if they are preparing to fight off any boarders.

I do believe you are sinking a bit too many of my ships

Jack has around 47 ships left, which massively outnumber the couple ships left belonging to the king. The ships surround what's left of the king's convoy. Then all hell breaks loose. The navy sailors hear the sound of a massive thunderstorm and them many die, as splinters fly, riggging and masts fall, and the decks are washed in blood. The enemy ships are then damaged belong belief. Red colors are raised
