Yes. What's our plan? Is there any we have got to take care of?

Ellen just shrugs.

As far as I can tell I think we have everything mostly taken care of. I killed most of the people responsible for the orphanage being burnt down, the only ones who I haven't caught yet are the 3 men of yours who helped, though I plan to bring the young orphan to try to identify them out of your crew. Assuming they didn't die in this battle. If they are found I won't kill them, so long as they help rebuild the orphanage, after that you can do whatever you want with them. Though I imagine you will be wanting to find and kill the people who sank 2 of your ships, normally I would offer to help but I will be busy overseeing the orphanage being rebuilt and that probably will take a while. I would offer my sister to help, she is quite handy in a fight, but I can tell you don't like her.

Emily speaks up.

To be honest sis I would rather stick with you and help you rather then Jack anyway. Family comes first after all.

Ellen nods.

The only other thing I can think of that needs to be taken care of is dividing the loot we plundered. I think a fair amount would be 2 shares to the 3 of us, 1 share to your quartermaster and other officers and 1 share to the orphanage since some of the loot was taken from it, and half a share to everyone else. That sound fine to you Jack?

The ships return to Tortuga. After they dock Ellen quickly rushes to the governor's mansion which is where the orphans have been staying at and grabs the young boy who saw the men. She takes him to Jack's crew and after about an hour he has pointed out the 3 men who helped in the burning of the orphanage. Ellen and Emily drag them to Jack. Ellen says to him.

Found the 3. If you don't mind ill be putting them to work rebuilding the orphanage now. I wish I could just have these 3 do all the work, but that would make it take far longer and I would rather the orphans get a home sooner then later so I will be helping them rebuild it. After the work is done ill send them back to you and you can do whatever you want with them. Whip them, hang them, I don't care so long as you punish them somehow.

The punishment will fit the crime, rest assured their will be a punishment. But I need information about why they burned down the building.

Ellen shrugs.

Well I don't really care why they did it, but if its something you want to know feel free to interrogate them anytime, now or later. In the meantime I will be helping rebuild and get the local guards to pitch in. Should be done in a couple weeks. We have plenty of supplies and I already finished the blueprints. When its done it will be even better then before. I suggest you go and see if Mr. White has any idea who sank 2 of your ships. I also need to help find a new governor for this port.

You may want to come with me as backup, I don't want to loose it again.

Ellen sighs.

Very well, I suppose Emily can keep an eye on the men.

Ellen calls Emily over.

I need to go with Jack to see Mr. White. Keep an eye on the 3 men, if they try anything, feel free to beat them. But don't go too far, don't cripple them in any way-they won't be able to rebuild the orphanage if you do. Understand.

Emily nods. Ellen turns to Jack

Let's go.

Ellen leads Jack to the cottage and she knocks on the door.

The door is opened slightly, revealing the face of a young woman.

Can I help you?
