But by all means introduce evidence that he is working on an agenda to aid or benefit VUDU
and not defending himself by returning the botched attempt to plunder his ships from the plunderboard.

I do not read VUDU in that. And that is why, I agree with Feniks on that, we need to get Phoenix to confirm whether or not, Qwerty is a proxy player.
