Ellen smiles "You kidding, my ship can get us there in a day and that's if we have bad luck. If the sea is nice we could get there in about half a day. I will go and start prepping my crew to get ready, Brian, you stay with William and when he's ready to go bring him to the ship."
Ellen finishes her food, and quickly leaves the pub, while Brian stays behind and continues eating. He looks to William and says "you might want to get a cloak to help hide yourself when we prepare to board the ship. You have a pretty easy to recognize face.

[William one eye]

sounds good

will gets up walks across the pub. Grabs a cloak of the back of a chair. The man to whom it belonged lies face down slumped over the table
in a pool of his own drool.

guess he had a few to many

Will tosses a coin to the barkeep

That be for his tab. Tell him I paid his tab but I needed his cloak.

Will returns to the table in the corner.

I'll follow you out. Jack gets on a rowboat and rows to his ship . Sail to the fort and beat to quarters. The ship is sailed to the fort and she is made ready for battle. Bring the guns to bear... and... fire! The guns fire at the fort. Cannonballs rip and tear through stone and men, as the fort and the ship fire at each other, the night turns into day.

[William one eye]

Don't these people ever sit still for a drink!

Will slings his hand mortar over his back along with a satchel of grenades. He secures the two revolving matchlocks in their holsters, and checks the load on his trusty single shot wheel lock pistol, which he keeps in hand. He puts on a tricorn hat and the cloak

Ready to go, Brian

Brian nods, and quickly leads William to a small cutter names the Cunning Linguist. It has just loaded the last crate as Ellen welcomes them aboard the cutter.
"Good to see you both made it, the cannons are loaded, the tide is great, and we can shove off. In the event we get stopped I have a nice little hidden compartment you can hide in."
Ellen turns to her crew
"Alright, remember the story, we are a small merchant ship off to deliver fine Seaglory cotton to Regis. Now then lets shove off and get going."
The ship leaves the port, as Jacks ship is fighting the fort, Ellen is steering, while Brian is beggining to prepare the days rations. The ship safely sails out undetected and enters the sea.
"Alright so far so good, we have a good breeze, Lets all take a minute for lunch."
Brian serves everyone a quarter apple, bread, meat and a bit of rum.

The invincible signals the Cl that the Invincible is following it, it also signals that if they wish to come aboard to dine with Jack, then they can. The fort is a pile of rubble, the invincible hoists American colors (Jack's home country) as it leaves sight of the harbor from another part of the ship, the Vatican flag is flown .

[William one eye]

The the Cunning Linguist is fast, Will does not have to keep his head down for long

I suspect it will not take long to reach Regis

Will says to Ellen

Ellen smiles "Of course not, like I said this ship is quite fast. It was built specifically to be one of the fastest ships on the ocean, of course we are not sailing full speed, I want to try to keep our ship not too far ahead of the Invincible. The CL is fast, but lacks firepower, so if we run into trouble it would be nice to have a behemoth like Jacks ship nearby."
Ellen squints her eyes and frowns. "Speak of the devil, Looks like a navy patrol."
10 ships, flying the flag of the UK spot the CL. the lead one signals it, and a small boat starts coming towards the CL. Ellen tells Brian to show Will to the hidden compartment, and reminds her men of the cover story and straightens her clothes and hair as several officers board the CL. She smiles warmly and says
"Greetings gentlemen, to what do I owe this fine pleasure."
The captain says they are looking for 2 wanted men- Jack Teach and William One-Eye, and they heard they were sailing to Regis. He asks to search the ship and to what the CL's business is. Ellen smiles her most charming smile and replies
Why we are delivering fine Seaglory cotton to Regis, and I believe I saw a ship that belonged to Jack sailing to Neopolis, of course I steered clear of such a dangerous ship led by such a dangerous man. And by all means search away.
As the men search she manages to learn from one of the men that a large blockade is at Regis, and they are refusing to let any ship into the port.

[Jack Teach]

Jack takes of his normal pirate clothes and puts on an American admiral's uniform. He tells the men that there story is that they are American privateer (he is American, but he has no letter of marque, making him a pirate) hired to escort CL. Jack walks to the side rail so that he can be seen. He also orders the men to ready the guns just in case.
Ahoy there, sir. What is your business looking on board my colleague's ship? Do you really think that such wanted enqould hide on such a vessel? Jack calls to the captain leading the convoy, trying to make sure that the captain doesn't se his hair and face.
