Seriously..? Get a different name :PP :PP :PP :hh
and no... -1 to it. Hostile waters and disfavor and you might as well just not use it to eat the defends later. Ratio basically kills your profit pretty easily after attacking with all of that you could.

Why not use Barbaric Tactics or something? :D

Also, is this an instant, or a duration?

And, costs too many turns for something this risky and ratio killing. Itself is not a great card setup imo.

And the fact that it targets all fleets and not a single fleet is a dangerous effect in my opinion. For what it does, I think 1 per fleet would be good for the idea of it.

24 hours, because every voodoo needs to be in days but I write them in hours to make myself look smart because I can count.

I think it's an interesting idea. I think it should be targetting a single fleet, though.

i like the idea but not at current state. i dont really care to gain a lot more danger for a lot more gold even if it will buff only 1 fleet i think still its too powerful.

lets say you have 600 turns and started to raid with this card active on your fleet. you can also buy turns twice aswell before this card expire which means additional 400 turns and add double daily turn generation around 240 too(due to capped turns it will be a bit lesser than normal). so you can get total 1240 turns at best scenario. you will be able to attack 310 times normally with that much turn so with this card you can get additional 930 attack per usage at best situation. only piracy bonus for additional attacks will generate 65.1m gold also add gold from plunders and scrap bonuses aswell.

with single card and well prepaired raids you can make a small fortune in a single day. even if you will abandon your fleet completely still too much power for a single voodoo.

Suggestions for card:
1-) with current duration make it -1 turn usage instead of 1 turn per hit.
2-) or make it 1 hour duration max with 2 turn per hit.
