Not trying to insult you or anyone... but I have made this mistake before...

DID YOU REPAIR AFTER EACH FIGHT?? It can slip the mind of the best of us.

Yeah Pulpop definitely, except for that one time. I attacked his fleet and I lost, then he attacked my fleet and he lost. Was weird but just goes to show the die roll plays a significant part.

It is goon and I guess I didnt know fav winds helped in pvp fights. Maybe that is the issue I will have to try that out......And yes avery I have had max pvp tech for over 6 months

Fav winds affect SPEED. Speed affects who goes first. Who goes first usually is the winner when the ships are equal.

Metallurgy Level 20
2.5% per level bonus on each ship's Iron Scantling (PvP only)
Gunpowder Level 20
2.5% per level bonus on each ship's Round Shot (PvP only) Piracy Level 20
+3.5k bonus income per level from any successful plunder or skirmish ATTACK (paid by the game).
Additionally, it improves the minimum value plundered from a ship's lost level by 1% per level.

Base Ship Speed = Base Ship Speed + ( Base Ship Speed * 3 * Cotton Sails / 100 )
Ship speed = Base Ship Speed * ((Current Crew / Max Crew) + 1) / 2
Final Ship Speed = Ship Speed + (Ship Speed * Double Hammocks / 100)
