I think we should add a count which shows your personal amount of votes you currently have before doing anything with the manipulation of the points. Just my opinion.

I think the main problem with the top helper is that it rarely saw light, as most people just ignores it, because it gives you nothing in return for your hard work of finding the people's number and actually voting for them. There is no real reason for people to actually vote for anyone else other than "Vote for me for top helper" - someone from your guild.

It's hard to really remember this thing was even there to begin with.

Easily fixed by rewarding the player with 50k per vote.

My votes were for SHM, Black Sparrow, Mugiwara, and Fenix all of which were very helpful and only one was out of guild. While saying its voting for people in the guild thats normally the case as there are normally some in guilds who are teaching and training the new members which in turns creates gratitude and a vote where no other form of appreciation is available to us as new players. Nothing wrong with that at all.

This is one reason I don't pay attention to fame.

Most Notorious players is not what it is defined to be.
