Welcome to the forums mate. In regards to seeing a fleet, that fleet must have danger on it 3 or higher to see it on the Plunder Board. Skirmish is a little different as you need to use Skirmish Points to see fleets in a certain port. If the person you are Skirmishing does not have a link to attack/skirmish them next to their name it means they have already reached the max amount of skirmishes allowed for that player that day.

I am wondering why a persons fleets would disappear off the plunder board when they were not attacked and is still under FOJx3... I looked at world battles and the person was not attacked. I know about hideout but that would have been more than 10 to do it and to leave the FOJs on seems pointless to use then.

Any tips on Plundering NPCs as a fresh player?
I seem to lose everytime hah. Trying to pick lower level NPCs but seems to never work.

have you seen te voodoo cards, coastal piracy, coastal patrol, and pacifism? they will help in some situations.. if you cast coastal piracy the npc fleets will be slightly richer.. if you cast pacifism it will make future npc's weaker while the card is active

with pacifi you can most likly be able to rake the pirate hunters out
