I got to the 5th paragraph where a MoW is needed to start blockade.

Yep, +1. I don't need to read further. :cannon :PP

Why? Under the voodoo limitations and rules of engagement.. you cant steal it. You can lift its cargo though... whoopee.

One thing that I disagree with is the defenders receiving danger for successfully defending a port. In PvP you don't receive danger for winning in the defensive, why should you here. All Attackers should receive danger points no matter the outcome.

Unlike a normal fleet defense, players are choosing to commit their fleets to the attack.
Since they are choosing to fight, they should incur danger.

So both attackers and defenders should receive Danger Points after the battle?

Why should a defender receive danger points? If your nation owns the port, why should you receive danger for defending it.

Just means that some MoW will be out of marina finally. Someone will slip up. They always do. ;)

That is true.. and if the initiator, who has to use the MoW, loses the blockade and gets loaded with danger penalties as a result... mmm... might be a race to the prize :)

oaky, +1 to that bit then :D

That's assuming that the person initiating the blockade is a moron that doesn't have a way to reduce that quickly. I don't see inexperienced players initiating blockades. Sounds like wishful thinking Shadowood.

Really liking this suggestion CJ. Not seeing many needed revisions as of right now.

Question, how many of your own fleets can you put forth toward a blockade. I didn't see that mentioned.

5 ships meaning 1 fleet I believe I read it somewhere

2nd question

-Every participant, may use up to 5 ship damage cards during the blockade duration.

Are the Attackers and Defenders going to be able to see a list of "Players" and "Fleets" similar to the Plunder Board when someone has danger on? How else would we know what Fleet to cast damage cards on?

Assuming Damage Cards are:
Call Kraken
Swarm of Worms
Fire Ship

Call Leviathan? - No DMG, but loss of LEVEL
Sabotage? = No DMG, but loss of ATT POINTS

Can you verify your list of DMG CARDS

Right, but it later states that attackers can keep adding fleets. I would like to know if there is a limit to what can be added. Also, I guess is there a cost to add fleets outside the person who initiates the blockade.
