One thing that I disagree with is the defenders receiving danger for successfully defending a port. In PvP you don't receive danger for winning in the defensive, why should you here. All Attackers should receive danger points no matter the outcome.
Unlike a normal fleet defense, players are choosing to commit their fleets to the attack.
Since they are choosing to fight, they should incur danger.

Just means that some MoW will be out of marina finally. Someone will slip up. They always do.
