You need to check out the meaning of the term : an on-topic contribution to a thread is not trolling : attempting to divert a topic down some other avenue, such as personal abuse or name-calling, is often defined as 'trolling'.

So, yes, maybe your statement is correct to be in the plural : one is yourself, no doubt you can enlighten us as to who the second or third may be.

Yes- I do know the definition of what a troll is Danik - I dont need to look it up ..it also includes comments designed to provoke a reaction

Surely that's the nature of a thread on a topic, to generate discussion around it by means of assertion and rebuttal? Or would you prefer your statements to go un-commented on while reserving your own right to make any statement you feel apt regarding statements made by others?

My comment was merely an observation on the tone of some of the previous comments...you can choose to respond or not -unlike some people I don't need to have the last word on absolutely everything that gets put in the forum...

Seriously i don't care whether you respond or not-you are hardly the repository of all wisdom -... I can quite easily go back to not posting anything on the forum but merely continue to observe how clever some people think they are...

Thats your choice : I dont feel I am a repository of all wisdom : I have opinions though, and I do express them and accept happily that others may disagree with them. I've never had any issue with that, or even being proved 'wrong' or 'incorrect'. That is how we learn. And, of course, all are free to decide anyone who disagrees with them must be a 'troll' or a 'hater' or whatever term of abuse floats their self-justificatory boat. Just dont expect them to agree with you on that.
