I wasnt there, I dont know the basis of the discussion nor how each individual who took part viewed it. Nor am I privy to the individual decisions of whoever acted to raise their influence.
You may be right, you may be wrong, its an educated guess at best. But, in all honesty, how does this differ from the events in which the UK gained ownership of Baramas in the first place? It was never discussed in council, or between elements of the leadership? It just sort of 'happened'? There it was, in basket on your doorstep one morning with a note saying 'Feed me' ?

I dont mind if you have a war over it, the USA can watch their own backs : but while you war, 1000-1 says others will be discussing which ports may become vulnerable and hey, maybe we can grab one... thats the nature of the beast : complaining about others acting the same way dont give much moral high-ground : might as well just say 'We declare war cos its Friday and we bored'.

LMAO......I will admit to seeing comments similar to that a time or two.

As far as the rest, you are right. It is what it is. The aftermath of conflict is where the true trouble begins. At least things aren't boring in Avonmora right now.

As far as the "moral high ground"? Such a thing does not exist.

Going back to The Republic by Plato and the "just man" debates as well as St Thomas Aquinas and the Just War Doctrine.

The moral high ground always seems to lie with whichever side you are on.

Breaking down the Baramas situation is just a morsel. It's Kiribati's port, so for us to use it exclusively as basis for our attack who be silly. It's just supporting evidence of a large scale issue. There is no complaints. We have stated our issue and our intentions, we intend to follow through.

And to your point about other nations discussing ports, I hope they are. Goroum and Caspian will be vulnerable.

So 7 days ago they "start a discussion" which was "not the same as a vote" and a few days later they pump influence into that port. Not 1 person, but 2.

That is not a coordinated action in your mind Danik?

How much influence was pumped into the port? Couldn't have been too much.

I currently see about a whopping 4.9M total influence from the USA, which is still less than Spain , St. Kitts, and the Pirates. Let's not mention the UK's already existing influence. OH NOES. The less than 5M influence is going to uproot the 13M influence of Kitibari (that's actually pretty damn low for a port holding nation), must be an attack to take the port. Let me guess you put all your influence in one place? You don't buy influence in other ports to make it harder for conspiracy attacks to wipe your total influence.

It was much close to Kiribati's total influence yesterday, it has been lowered.

That total you quoted represents a sum that was reduced by half early this morning, but you knew that already. Funny one of those in Baramas has no influence showing in his own country but that's normal too I guess.

:D :D I was quiet pirate attacking and skirmishing and then they accused me of nation attack.... I came home one evening after entire day spent on my ship I am walking inside my youngest cane running to me yelling daddy daddy why other kids in school are saying you sent rats on UK ports... Do you have an idea how hard is to raise kids as single parent... tomorrow morning I came in our local store to buy bread and milk and owner closed in front of my nose old hags started to whisper how I am evil and how I plot conspiracy in UK.... my life is hell because they accused me wrongly I believe that some monetary help and public appology are smallest things they can do....
