If you want to go to internal conflict...... I would not have a Merc layer on a team like this. Merc will work with you until a "contract" comes up. Then it is all about Merc.

Its true, most of the teams have leadership and Cohesion problems. Not saying Trixi's team is the best but SHM and myself do lead together already, Maha and Haron are/where leading together (and so does PK and William although i think there is a place for improvement in St Kits). Valar and Sparrow will not work together, I am pretty certain it is true. To make Monty Team work someone else will need to lead and keep them happy (I suppose Shadow can do it but it wont be easy).

Actrually...... as far as Montys team goes, I think Monty could lead it in almost any action. Never underestimate the will and determination of an Aussie woman. (speaking from experience here)

Pfft, everyone knows the rest of us got morsels compared to the payday Merc got. It was indeed led well no one will argue that but I think that is because everyone realized we had to be in it for the fun because we weren't going to line our pockets like the Mercs did. The honestly bit is a bit of a stretch.

I am not saying anything out of line here. I talked to Haron for over a week about joining. That one reason I didn't join. Merc before nation, Merc before friends, Merc before all. Haron used it as a sales pitch. I agree few other guilds work together as a team betterthan Merc, But Merc is Merc first. I still have the emails I am sure.
