ROFL! This made me chuckle. No one is saying you need to pick these people though, it was merely a statement that he believes there are better picks on the board then some of the people picked but that is speculation depending on the intended theme of your team. I would tend to agree that there are probably some better all around players on the board then ones already picked but if your theme is family or whatever perhaps your picks have higher meaning to you. At the end of the day, it is all relative.

For my two bob's worth I will just say this ...every one of my team & those still to come have earned his/her place regardless of what names are being thrown out there...I came into this clear-eyed on who I wanted & why ( as I'm sure the other Team leaders did) Some great players have already been picked but due to team sizes, we can't pick them all unfortunately...the final rounds are always the hardest ...

No, I just hate when someone tries to make others ''not of the value''.
Don't have anything against constructive critics or proposals, but saying that some are more valuable than others and saying that he would make a much better choices etc... etc...
Respect other's opinion! That's what I want of both of you and vote how you think is right.
