Still surprisingly off the board:
Xpro: which in a very short time mastered the art of Voodoo and hold a considerable chest. rumors say he already tried to take one of the oldest nations of Avonmora and didnt fail miserably.
Ziggfried whos war savvy i have met during the great Merc Ayes war and learned to respect.
Haron: the great master himself who, even during a vacation, can be of great aid to any aspiring team leader
and definitely my Merc fellow leadership Maha and Goon

would suggest also to take a second look on the Dman and Feniks who are far better then some of the current players on the board and if any of the team leaders looking for rookies I warmly suggest the Norwegian warlord (and Mercs newest Hunter) Zephore, Caladan (4th place with a respectable sum in the latest plunder contest), Merc's latest rookie apprentice and a shining star MightyBeard who still needs to make a name for himself and PFH who bother some people but is becoming a force to be recon with under the guidance of the mighty Charles Vane.

I am sure I missed plenty more players who should make it to the final teams. but those I have mentioned are should be considered as solid contenders to make the cut.

Just the list of players that fall under possible rookie category is ridiculous. It shows some great leadership in some of the training guilds in Avonmora right now.

you are the one choosing your team but I am the one sitting in his couch and making the vote.

The list of players that didnt get chosen yet that I mentioned will, in my opinion, make a better team/guild then any on the board (even though I am also on the board myself). I do not wish to offend you but as I led some teams and was part of some others I think my opinion is legit at the very least.

This is why the draft is one of my favorite things. Only 50 spots. It is all about what type of player the team captains value the most. Some great players will be left off. Some players will be complete surprise picks.

The true metal comes down to explaining why and selling your reason.

Pulpop has a valid argument from his perspective. Lana is quite valid in hers as well. After all it is her team.

This is why I like the fact that the captains are different each draft. This is what makes this fun.

No need to spam this thread with potential choices, your choices, to be precise. And certainly not a place to categorize someone others opinion.
When you became captain (I fought for this, you know), then you can make YOUR choices and no one will interfere.
When Shadowood opens the new thread (for voting) and voting starts, you will have a place to say whatever you think about chosen ones and teams in general.

So, stop spamming this thread with your own lists.

For my two bob's worth I will just say this ...every one of my team & those still to come have earned his/her place regardless of what names are being thrown out there...I came into this clear-eyed on who I wanted & why ( as I'm sure the other Team leaders did) Some great players have already been picked but due to team sizes, we can't pick them all unfortunately...the final rounds are always the hardest ...
