So I was wrong. Don't see why a player needs to be active to be selected. Does their inactivity effect the reason why they would be picked? As well, how is a captain supposed to know whether a player is active or not.

It is true that Mugi has stepped away from the game. However, I only know this as a few of us were in a conflict with him at the time. It would be hard for someone who doesn't actively pursue targets or converse with a lot of players to know when someone went "inactive". I will allow the pick of Mugi to stay on Dej team as he only left the game at the end of July this year.

I put the Active rule in to keep players from picking historic players like Mordag, Srg Blue, Pirate Roberts, Rolando...
This draft first and foremost is meant to be FUN for all. But also put a small spot light on some players who have made a name for themselves in the game or forums.
