Fantasy Draft III - Captains?

Looks like the players have spoken. With enough of a turn over and new blood sailing about, the game has changed enough to allow a "Traditional" draft once again.

There is talk of an All Female Captain roster. I myself like this idea very much. I am struggling with the fact, however, that it was discussed that we would have the rookies (if they are still around) from the last draft pick if a Traditional draft take place.

I am starting a new poll to see what the player would like to see. Rookie Captains or All Female

If we go with Rookie Captains, what qualifies someone as a Rookie?

A player who has (had) less then 6 months of activity. I specified that time range in the last draft. There is 1 or 2 "Rookies" from the last draft that are nearing their 1 year anniversary mark now.

If Rookies are selected I will reach out to them and see who is able and willing. If for what ever reason those selected from the last round can't do it, I will select new Rookies that are active and try to spread it out between guilds as usual.
