Follow the leader. If a player picked does not respond in time. they are removed and the player that picked them picks again. Removed players are in elligable for the remainder of the draft. This would be purely in tbe interest of keeping the draft moving forward.

I had some conversations with players that I do not often talk with while I was picking the draft. I found that a fun component. If the "Follow the Leader" way of doing it led to the players on a team working together to pick a team, that seems like a great way to innovate on the Fantasy Draft. I still like the traditional way and am somewhat interested in the pirate/nobleman way of doing it as well.

Just remember, that what ever we don't pick this time.. we will most likely run in the future.

However, I could see us running a traditional next time if the Follow the Leader one was chosen this time. A year in between traditional drafts and I am sure there will be lots of changes.
