I am sure I can protect new players fleets from being skirmished too often. If you scrimmage a person from Tanzania, I will find you, destroy you, and give them back their looted belongings. Think of me as the benevolent despot of Tanzania!

The funny thing is this topic will probably encourage players not to join tanzania. You say you will protect anyone who joins your nation from skirmish, yet by announcing this if anyone does join they will probably be targeted by players such as Tom and Charles- and will probably be targeted a LOT more then if they were in another nation. You essentially painted a big target on anyone who joins Tanzania. Not to mention if a trader wanted protection from skirmish there are nations who provide insurance for those players.
Regardless good luck in your nation, I feel you may need it.
