Create a credit file for each player who receives a loan. Bankers will be able to issue a rating on 5 for each client and only the individual and other bankers when sent a loan offer will have access to said credit report.

Forget my suggestion this is much better (From DezNuts)
- Details provides text history of request (for use in Credit Report Suggestion I'm still working out), to include offers made by other banks (just if they offered, not offer details), rejections by other banks, etc.

This be the Golden Age of Piracy - I doubt there be a credit reporting agency about at that time. A banker took his risk with individuals and nations based on how well he knew the borrower and the world situation.

It is a risky business - ye have to run your bank like your seafaring trade:

Hum... I prefer Dez idea more, for a player could be scored poorly not for his/her loans but for personal things (that nothing have in common with loans). So -1.
