There is no way to counter it. Your lead position ship would be gone in less than 10 seconds.

Spy report does not show ship attribute points. A fleet with 2 SOTL doesn't mean both are 60..... also doesn't mean the 60 att ship is lead dog. Battle reports do not show ship ID only name. Being creative can counter this. not 100% but nothing should be 100%.
If you run a 60 att ship and want to limit the chance of losing it have 2 sotl 1 60 1 40-44. name them the same. put the 60 in the second slot. move them around. It can be countered, not prevented.
