New plunder type: Voodoo Card (Small)

Voodoo Card Plunder - "Fleet Annihilation"

If you plunder the last remaining ship of a fleet, you also loot a random RARE voodoo card from the opponent.
If the opponent has no rare cards, you loot a random card.

Would this become standard for plunder, or are you suggesting a new voodoo card that adds this effect to plunder?

Easy way to avoid this, which is always stack up on the most useless Rare card there is. :D

500 of a 'useless' rare card, and 30 of others... :D

not sure about this. i take it that it is a real sink, not a leveling down what you mean.
would there be a cap on cards lost per day? it would be dreadful to large traders when you lose a hundred rare cards on top of the loss of ships.

would it motivate me to more ship stealing? yes. now i often let our recruits take the opportunity because they gain the extra captain. otherwise it makes ship stealing slightly more profitable, but not overly so. only stealing them in bulk would definitely be more interesting.

What I think is that if I ravage another person's single ship to sink it, I get a rare voodoo? Seems like a way to stop people from stacking up on tons of ships. Would this also make the voodoo ravage more expensive? No more scout fleets?
