They are not randomly generated, of course. There is meaning behind. Meaning that is still unveiled as it seems.
If I remember well, there are 10 different? I am not sure though.

When I have deported I believe each message has to do with how much time is left before you can deport. Just my uneducated guess..

Aye, the message is linked to the time needed before a deport order can be proposed : that period is based on rank and time in the nation : higher and longer they been a citizen, the longer period of inactivity is reqd to move them on.

It would be nice to add a few more, recognising players who have made their mark on the game since the original list was created.

Agreed. I would have liked to have met these players however (SGT Blue, Xepshunall) as their legacy has remained...
