Colonize?

I was thinking, with how many ports there are, and that every nation has a king, how about that the king of a nation can build a port in an unused area along the shore of the map. It would allow every nation to possibly have a port and create more areas in Pirates Glory. But of course if you want to build/colonize a port its going to cost some gold. It may have a price but there are many reasons that this is a good idea. Anyone reading this may suggest/change anything in this, i just thought it was a good idea.

I honestly think thats an amazing idea it should cost turns too :geek:

How about you can invest as many turns as you see fit, and for every turn you invest in the port 10,000-50,000 (randomly chosen in this number area) immigrants go to the port to start the population off?

That sounds good but maybe like a set number you have to use to set the port up then another slot to invest in immigrants

Like say 50-75 turns instantly than how ever many you want to invest?

50-70 is a little to low to start your own port.... around 100+ it should be..... IMHO this is a good idea but i don't see it getting implemented

Thinking about this topic i came up with an idea:
I was thinking that what if the nation that built the port always gets to use for the bonuses of nation titles(captain, major, etc, except governor.) even if the port is taken over by another nation.

How about 80-100 than whatever you want to invest, that way it leaves a little legroom for your population increase.
