Not too hard to organize a few minutes where chatrooms can be arranged, and if someone isn't online it is not hard to catch them back up.

Tried that, it isn't efficient.

What could improve current system is a reading on top of the message on who received this message already (with an option to control this).
For a reply all button, I am not in favor. You can always use forum posts. Making massively chats with PMs is intrusive and not the way we want to run this game.

Then an ability to set restrictions on certain guild forums would be a good idea.

I don't see how it would be intrusive, the discussion could be marked as such with there only be an option to reply all. Individual replies would have to be done separately.

If we can't PM amongst multiple players in a single discussion, can we have invite only Forum Topics.
