Okay, so my first guess of 42 was maybe a little low...

I hereby make my second guess and choose the fine upstanding number of 999, which we all know is the Australian Number of the Beast...


Addendum : I have received a whining moan from some orc-humping sheep-wrangler complaining that 999 is also the Kiwi Number of the Beast : okay, let's call it the Antipodean Number of the Beast, happy now?
