Truly, there has already been a lot of this in these 2 days. I know that the game will not tell you much but the volume of casted voodoo, fought battles and plundering is already too high. If we continue at this rate, we will be fighting with "Frigs and Pigs" in under 3 days.

to me it seems like a war between two guilds for no real reason weakens the guild's involved in one way but causes there overall strength to increase since some people slowly get bored and with the jump in action the activity of the guilds on both sides shoots up.

From HELM's side, we were forced on a reply. We are no pushovers and everyone should know this. This is why we retaliated on Shadowood.

The WAR came as a reply to this statement we made. I find it too much. A war with no timeframe or even terms. Also a war that does not pushes me to make destruction hits as I respect the adversaries - I even have friends there.

Both guilds can only lose eventually. While guild wars are good for entertainment, they should have a concrete reasoning. Some terms. Like, guys, we declare war on you because we envy your rum. Till the rum is gone... the war is on!

Every new generation must learn the excitement of war rarely warrants the expense incurred. The rarity of guild wars for the last year or more makes this and the MERC/Aye's war overdue.

Yeah since I joined I havent been in any guild war's ive been in small more personal conflicts but to me it seems like a full guild vs full guild battle would end up with a huge loss unless one side loses a ton of high priced ships.
