To the T'zak Ryn Guild and the citizenry of Avonmora.
For 16 days, Ayes of Avonmora and T'zak Ryn have traded thousands of voodoo between them.
There have been some heavy losses on both sides and a result of hundreds of millions of GC spent as a best loose estimate.

Aye's of Avonmora feel our point has been made that we do not accept random acts of aggressive plunder to go unanswered and the cost will be high for such actions.
Merc have repeatedly express their enjoyment and exchanges as well and seem to have developed a fond taste of blood.
In order to promote interest and satisfy a craving for war, I would invite any guild who feels restless or have a grudge to go ahead and attack the Merc guild at their leisure.
I personally feel the lack of revenue has taken a larger toll on MERC than it has on Ayes.
I have asked all Aye's membership to cancel any active voodoo against Merc but an exemption of our No Cast First policy shall remain in effect.

If Merc do not wish to end this little slinging match, Aye's shall meet the challenge with a renewed vigor now we have more regular attendance in our guild.

I am happy for you if that is what floats your boat : fact is, the fame model is a bit broken, made worse by the, to me, rather stupid method of penalising those with fewer fleets. As an example, having stolen 15 or more ships in one session, I ended up down by several million fame points once the accumulated danger was cleared : seemingly someone plundering less than 10k off me was worthy of a several 100k fame loss, but stealing several SotL's, LFG's and other war-ships counted for bugger all fame gain.

Frankly, the only reason to gather large amounts of fame is to sell it. But, nevertheless, congratulations on your guilds progress

true, which is why i try not to get lit up often because a lot of times you will end up losing more fame than gain.
