Unfortunately Jeanne, it looks as if no change will occur so it seems it will fall on us the players to find methods around the system. I find USA's solution to make the most sense and will be one that I believe we will implement in the UK as well to avoid any pitfalls as we continue to grow.

It may be that I miscalculated the 30-day timeframe due to February only having 28 days in which case I apologize for the Brouhaha.I may have missed it (unintentionally) by only hours or minutes, I am not sure.

Perhaps on the confirmation screen prior to submitting a vote proposal the system could display how many days since the last revision & the number of votes required for passage. Currently you only get this notice after the fact.

In the interests of full disclosure once the 3 day voting period as discussed above had concluded & was updated as the next hour began I was ablle to re-introduce a revision to the Royal Stipends Law that only requires more Yes votes than No votes to pass. I guess this means that everything is working as it should, what a relief.
