shadowood created a game in which some of the greatest players were asked to form a team that would be able to beat all other teams into a blubbering mass of kraken food.

three threads are used for this.
the main one where the captains pick their choice players
this thread where we all can comment on the choices
and the poll where our community expresses which team is the best.

I am sorry to all.. Some may have noticed, I have been a little inactive this last week. I had a very nice Family Vacation. I do apologize for my absence in the final hours of this amazing Draft! Thank you to One Eye and Vane for assisting in keeping things moving.

A huge thank you again to the community of Pirates Glory. You guys came out and supported the 2nd Bi Annual Draft in record numbers!!

Captain Jack is working to award all those achievement badges and we should see those in the near future.

The 3rd draft is slated for September 2017! It will be a different format than these first two. It will be a quite a bit more dynamic and included more players. More details to come as there are some kinks to work out, but I think it should be a very fun draft!!

The idea is not picking more players. It's involving more in the picking process.

That is all I will say for now. Again still working out kinks for round 3.
