Danger auto-stop is set by default on all trade routes created after you gain 10 merchants : I dont see a one-off edit of the 9 trade routes you might have made before getting the 10th merchant to be that significant a task.

Sometimes I don't want to have it on, sometimes I don't. I understand it a default but if I ever want to go back and mass edit it, it then becomes cumbersome, particularly in the case where all my trade routes do not run the same route. I should be a quick fix to make it a toggle feature that could be adjusted on the fly.

If you edit multiple trade routes at once, you will find that the Danger Halt is not checked by default even if you have more than 10 merchants.

Also the issue that I find annoying is when I have multiple different trade routes that I want to only edit one parameter such as buy from warehouse option and not alter the other settings. It would be great if I could select those routes and make that one change and it leave the other settings as they were.

Yes the editing for trade routes in general need to be a lot more flexible and adjustable on the fly.

Please do not bump a topic multiple times.

We currently have about 475 open suggestions.
An open suggestion means that the idea is not ready for either approval or disapproval.

On the particular idea, while the request is a no-brain one and should be approved, it still needs some tailoring. If you simply wanted a new button like Danger Halt on the list trade route page, then you should have used the mini-requests topic.

I also would like to know why one would need to turn danger halt on. Also, when you change a trade route, you also get to edit this one. So why you will need to change this later but keep the same route?

Answers to these questions will help determining priority.

Sometimes, suggestions are good but they do not get approved due to priorities. I try to keep approved thread tidy.

Let's say I have several different trade routes, all with danger halt on. Then, for some reason, someone decides to light me up with FFJ.

Now my fleets all have 3 danger and can be attacked. Deciding that it's not worth the trouble to remove the FFJs, I conclude that I might as well just keep on trading. In order to do this, I need to turn off danger halt on all my fleets. When the FFJs are gone, and my ships have been attacked and gotten 0 or 1 danger again, I decide to turn danger halt back on. I don't want to be lit up WITHOUT anyone spending voodoo, for instance. I really don't want to change my trade routes, I'm just in a situation where I want to change whether my fleets halt on danger or not.

That could be one reason to want to activate/deactivate danger halt for all fleets simultaneously, I guess.

My bad CJ, perhaps it should be under mini requests as really I only want a toggle feature to be able to toggle halt on and off on demand. Basically for the reason Haron said. If I get lit, I want to be able to just toggle it on and wait for the voodoo to clear. If I go into the edit trade route screen for a mass edit to apply danger halt, it defaults both ports to Aiora which prohibits me from being able to apply danger halt to all of my trade routes at once due to them not all traveling the same route.
